If a number was called but your card didn't daub, the round log inside the room shows every ball drawn with timestamps. Live chat reviews the log and adjusts your card if a sync issue is confirmed.
If a strip purchase doesn't confirm before the draw starts, the amount returns to your wallet automatically within the round. Support can trace the transaction ID if it doesn't reverse on its own.
